Join Arc of Onondaga as an Employment Specialist, where you'll provide job coaching and career support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this rewarding role, you'll promote inclusion, motivation, and job retention-empowering people to succeed in the workplace and in life.
What You'll Do:
Provide individualized job coaching and support to people receiving employment services. Encourage skill-building, independence, and workplace inclusion. Partner with employers to promote successful job placements and retention. Assist in career planning and goal-setting for individuals seeking employment.

Qualifications Include:
Associate's Degree in Human Services or a related field (preferred) Minimum 1 year of experience working with people with disabilities Or a combination of education and experience equivalent to the above Valid NYS Driver's License with an acceptable driving record Arc of Onondaga is committed to equal employment opportunity.
