  • 2,550/week) based on experience Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Investigator to support workplace compliance initiatives by conducting impartial investigations involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other employment-related concerns.
This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while providing thorough investigative support within a complex healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and investigative skills and be comfortable working independently while collaborating with legal, human resources, and operational teams. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive investigations into employee complaints involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other workplace concerns. Gather, review, and analyze evidence through interviews, documentation review, and fact-finding activities. Prepare detailed investigative reports, findings, and recommendations. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local anti-discrimination and equal employment opportunity laws. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout all investigative processes. Assist in resolving workplace complaints through objective and timely investigations. Collaborate with legal, human resources, compliance, and operational leadership teams as necessary. Support workplace compliance initiatives, special projects, and departmental assignments. Identify potential risks and provide recommendations for corrective or preventative actions. Travel to various healthcare facilities throughout New York City as needed to conduct investigations and support organizational initiatives. Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree required Juris Doctor (JD) preferred Experience Minimum 4 years of experience conducting EEO-related investigations required Experience investigating discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and workplace misconduct claims Experience working within healthcare, hospital, or large organizational environments preferred Knowledge & Skills Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local anti-discrimination laws and regulations Exceptional investigative, interviewing, and fact-finding skills Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to synthesize complex information and formulate sound recommendations Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and navigate large organizational structures Ability to manage multiple investigations and deadlines simultaneously Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment Additional Requirements Ability to travel throughout New York City to various healthcare facilities as needed Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism Strong commitment to workplace fairness, compliance, and equal employment opportunity principles For more details reach at or Call / Text at 732-791-4827.
