PM Compensation Pay Rate:
$60.00 - $75.00 per hour (based on experience) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Investigator to support workplace compliance initiatives by conducting thorough and impartial investigations of employee complaints involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other workplace misconduct. This role requires strong investigative, analytical, and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, managing multiple investigations simultaneously, and collaborating with stakeholders across a large organizational structure. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive investigations into complaints involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other workplace-related concerns. Gather, analyze, and evaluate evidence through interviews, document reviews, and fact-finding activities. Prepare detailed investigative reports, findings, and recommendations in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local anti-discrimination and employment laws. Maintain confidentiality and impartiality throughout all investigative processes. Collaborate with Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, and operational leadership teams as needed. Provide guidance regarding investigation procedures and workplace compliance requirements. Identify trends and recommend corrective actions or preventative measures when appropriate. Support special projects, policy reviews, and workplace compliance initiatives. Travel to various work locations throughout New York City to conduct interviews and investigations as required. Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree required Juris Doctor (JD) preferred Experience Minimum 4 years of experience conducting EEO, employee relations, workplace misconduct, or discrimination investigations Experience interpreting and applying federal, state, and local employment laws Experience working within large, complex organizations preferred Healthcare or hospital environment experience preferred Skills & Competencies Strong investigative and fact-finding abilities Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Ability to synthesize complex information and formulate well-supported recommendations Strong organizational and case-management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive situations Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholder groups Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines Additional Requirements Ability to travel to multiple locations throughout New York City as needed Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Commitment to promoting workplace equity, inclusion, and compliance For more details reach at or Call / Text at 516-587-6677.
