Job Description

This Opportunity WSP is currently initiating a search for a full-time Specialist, Regulatory Compliance for our Cincinnati office. Be involved in projects with our Construction Management Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client's objectives and solves their challenges. Your Impact Assist the with oversight of DBE and Workforce/EEO compliance Perform Commercial Useful Function (CUF) and Wage Interviews with Contractor and Sub-contractor personnel at a frequency and in a manner consistent with the governing documents Work with the DBT's Diversity and Inclusion Manager, KYTC Office for Civil Rights and Small Business Development (OCRSBD) and ODOT Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) as necessary to help ensure the DBE and Workforce/EEO requirements are being met Perform CUF reviews on all pre-construction design build team and owner-held design consultants. It should be noted that ODOT Office of Opportunity Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures. Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs. #LI-TD1 Who You Are Required Qualifications High School Diploma Minimum of 7 years of compliance experience Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies Capable interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with others, expressing ideas effectively and professionally to a technical and non-technical audience.
