Job Description
The job, plainly You'll drive a defined Northeast Ohio territory and walk into 10 - 15 medical practices a day — chiropractors, multi-specialty rehab and injury clinics, orthopedic and sports-medicine groups, pain management, occupational and urgent care, podiatrists. Your job is to build the kind of relationships that turn front-desk staff into people who pick up the phone when you call — and, just as important, to notice the moment a good account starts to cool and win it back before it drifts. It's part liaison, part problem-solver, part friend-of-the-office. You'll learn which days each practice is open, who actually decides where referrals go, what our imaging portal looks like to a busy MA, and how to drop off donuts without it feeling like a bribe. You'll also be the person who spots that a practice that used to send weekly has gone quiet — and does something about it. Every visit and call goes into Salesforce the same day, so the whole team can see where each account stands. This territory has real momentum - plenty of practices already sending us steady work, and more growing on their own who just haven't met us yet. Part of your job is protecting what's working, and part of it is making sure the practices already referring know everything we can do for them and their patients. When you do this well, more patients get faster scans, the practices you serve get a partner who makes their day easier, and your results show up in your paycheck.

Youngstown, Boardman What a strong week looks like 50-75 face-to-face account visits, planned smart so the geography works in your favor. A handful of portal setups, troubleshooting calls, or referral recoveries handled before they become problems. A check on your accounts that have slipped — the practice that used to send five a week and sent one this month — and a plan to bring each back. A few practices that already refer nudged toward sending us more of what they have. Detailed notes in Salesforce — the kind that let you walk back into a practice next week and remember that the receptionist's son just started kindergarten. A few new relationships warmed up. A few stagnant accounts gently let go. Weekly and monthly referral and activity targets hit or exceeded. Who we tend to hire We hire for attitude and judgment, not a sales resume. Some of our strongest people have come from: Hospitality leadership — bartending, fine-dining serving, café or restaurant shift supervision. Customer service in healthcare front desks, banks, or insurance. Account management or customer success — any role where keeping a client happy and coming back was the whole job, not just landing them. Recruiting, staffing, or admissions — any role where you owned a book of relationships over time. Independent contracting, small-business work, or running your own client list. Recent graduates, especially in healthcare-adjacent fields, who are hungry and organized. What links these backgrounds is the ability to read a room, remember the details, recover from a polite brush-off, and — when an account goes quiet — come back next week with a fresh angle instead of writing it off. If that sounds like you, the medical sales training is the easy part; we'll handle it. You'll thrive here if you Like being on the road more than at a desk. Get a small kick out of someone remembering your name on visit three. Plan your own week and don't need to be told where to go. Take a "no" without taking it personally — and know when to come back versus when to move on. Notice when something's off before anyone tells you, and would rather fix a slipping account than chase a brand-new one. Want commission to actually mean something in your paycheck. Logistics Full-time, in-person, field-based across the Northeast Ohio territory. High school diploma or equivalent (required). Reliable transportation and a valid Ohio driver's license. Basic comfort with Outlook, Word, Excel, and learning new tools — we use Salesforce for tracking and a web-based provider portal for imaging access. Excellent verbal communication and the ability to manage 80+ accounts across a geographically diverse territory. Same-day activity logging in Salesforce. It's how we measure what's working and how we back you up — it's a real part of the job, not paperwork. Ability to work independently while staying connected to the operations and marketing team. Why this role is worth a look This territory isn't a cold start. You'll inherit an active book of accounts, a clear referral playbook, and an operations team who will back you up when a practice has a question or a patient hits a snag. Northeast Ohio is one of our strongest-momentum markets — there's warm business already on the books and plenty of practices growing on their own who just need someone to show up. Your job is to grow what's already there, defend it, and add to it. If that sounds like the kind of work you'd be good at, we'd love to hear from you.
