COMMUNITY INCLUSION SPECIALIST
Philadelphia, PA Job Details Full-time $18.48- $19.
DIRECT DUTIES
Escort, supervise and oversee groups of up to 3 participants into the community on a daily basis to take part in activities and/or events. Meet the basic needs of our participants while in the community. This may include medication administration, or assistance with other Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as required by the participant. Implement ISP's (Individual Support Plans) and behavior plans, as needed. Maintain sufficient knowledge of participants' ISPs and personal needs required to work with them in a meaningful and productive way. Create monthly budgets for outings and maintain tracking of receipts and expenditures for reconciliation. Complete all required paperwork, including but not limited to daily progress notes on a regular and timely basis. Drive personal vehicle or use public transportation to assist individuals in accessing the community. Attend to basic first aid, when needed.OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain annual PMT certification Job Qualifications and Competencies Job Qualifications .Education and Experience:
High School Diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred. Three years' experience working with people with developmental disabilities. Basic Computer skills using Microsoft Products. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Proof of active car insurance.Job Competencies Effective Communication:
