After Hours | Weekends Specialist Hiring remote in following states: Illinois, Tennessee, Alabama, Colorado or Florida Saturday 7:00 AM-5:00 PM CST Sunday 7:00 AM-5:00 PM CST Description Do you want to work on a team that makes you feel both motivated and supported in your role? The After Hours and Weekends Specialist at TransLoop plays a vital role in effective communication, constant updates, and keeping a close eye on the details. A responsibility to ensure the overall after-hours and weekends process runs just as smoothly as on the weekdays. What You'll Do Track and trace all shipments picking, in-transit, and delivering on evenings and weekends. Communicate effectively with team members and employees in other departments. Provide customers updates on their shipments by utilizing proper protocol, including but not limited to established systems and customer portals. Recover shipments that are at risk of service failures, by effectively utilizing existing company resources. Lead by example by providing best-in-class adherence to established protocols and by establishing new carrier operations that strengthen the after-hours/weekends team, as well as TransLoop overall. What You'll Need 2-3 years of logistics experience Identify a proven track record of high performance Carrier/customer brokerage model experience Experience with high volume and multi-faceted accounts Strong writing, speaking, and overall communication skills Detail-oriented Bonus Points You have experience in 3PL, Transportation, or Tech
