Equinix Emerging Talent, Military Program providing service members with transition assistance to the civilian workforce. Equinix is proud to support transitioning service members and military spouses through the Department of Defense SkillBridge program. This opportunity provides hands-on experience in a hybrid role that combines accounting expertise with program management to support the buildout of our xScale AI data centers-critical infrastructure powering the future of artificial intelligence and hyperscale computing. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in finance, logistics, operations, or project management who are looking to apply their military-honed skills in a dynamic, global technology environment.

About xScaleDuring 2019, Equinix took a significant step in its plan to support the rapid growth of hyperscale customers with the establishment of a joint venture to own, run, and develop xScale data centers in Europe. This milestone set the foundation for funding and expanding xScale globally. In 2024, we expanded into the USA, marking the 6th and one of the largest xScale joint ventures to date.
Today, xScale represents one of the fastest-growing and most strategically important areas of Equinix. This role is part of our global xScale Controllership team, supporting the largest and most complex U.S. joint venture.
