Job Description
- Transplant Hepatology Job Opportunity
- Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Transplant Hepatologist to join an established practice that is located at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. This is an employed career opportunity with a generous benefits package that offers work-life balance, a competitive salary, productivity bonus, moving allowance, and no state income tax.
Opportunity Highlights:
- + Experience with liver cancer management and hepato-oncology + Join an established and busy practice located in downtown Dallas, Texas + Collaborative team structure with a total of 15 hepatologists across the DFW region: 8 based in Dallas, 1 in Plano, and 6 in Fort Worth + Outpatient clinic with call for inpatient service + Average 10-15 patients per day + Call is split amongst the providers + Well-supported practice model that includes both Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs), with a team of 4 Advanced Practice Providers dedicated to the Dallas location •

QUALIFICATIONS
- + Doctorate Degree in Medicine + Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board + Where Applicable- Employee shall be currently board certified in his or her specialty or demonstrate active pursuit of board certification as defined by the appropriate specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic SpecialistsAs a health care system committed to improving the health of those we serve, we are asking our employees to model the same behaviours that we promote to our patients.
