Executive Center Director - Future Ownership Opportunity Startup Childcare Program | Wisconsin This is not a traditional childcare director role. We are seeking a strong, driven, and entrepreneurial leader to help build and lead a growing childcare program with the long-term potential for ownership opportunities for the right person. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the childcare center Build and support a strong team culture Recruit, mentor, and lead staff Ensure licensing compliance and program quality Support enrollment growth and family relationships Develop systems, routines, and operational structure Create a positive, organized, and professional environment Collaborate with ownership on long-term goals and vision What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who: Has strong leadership and decision-making skills Takes initiative without needing constant direction Is solution-oriented and adaptable Understands both childcare operations and team leadership Wants long-term growth and responsibility Is capable of helping build and eventually lead a thriving program This role is best suited for someone who wants to grow into something bigger over time—not someone simply looking for a short-term management position. Qualifications Previous childcare leadership experience required Director qualifications per Wisconsin licensing standards Strong communication and organizational skills Experience leading teams and managing operations Ability to build relationships with families and staff Entrepreneurial mindset strongly preferred Growth Opportunity The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow alongside the program and potentially step into expanded leadership and future ownership opportunities as the center develops.

Must Haves:

At least 5 years of Teaching in an early childhood program At least 5 years of Managing in an early childhood program

Pay:

Hourly position (based on experience) $22-$29
