To serve as the liaison to the Office of Human Resources and/or the Dean's office for most administrative human resources related transactional matters. To coordinate departmental human resources actions and ensure proper processing of paperwork. May supervise, lead, mentor, train and/or assign tasks to lower level HR support staff.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Organize and maintain personnel records Manage and preparing HR documents Update internal HR databases Manage bi-weekly payroll Complete salary reclassifications Assist with opening staff positions Enter ACT Documents Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics Answer employees queries about HR-related issues Participate in HR projects Performs other duties as assigned.
Salary :
$21.80 - $35.45 Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field and three (3) years of related experience required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.
Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role.
