Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong HR Coordinator to support and manage recruiting, onboarding, and HR systems administration for our organization. This role is critical to ensuring efficient hiring processes, accurate employee data management, and a smooth onboarding experience. This position is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys hands-on work in recruiting and HR operations, while also having the opportunity to grow into broader HR responsibilities over time. Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Manage job postings across platforms and maintain candidate pipelines Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Track candidate activity and maintain accurate recruiting records Support hiring managers with scheduling and communication Ensure consistency and compliance in hiring practices Onboarding & Employee Setup Coordinate and execute onboarding processes from offer acceptance through Day One Prepare new hire documentation and orientation materials Ensure timely setup of systems (email, HRIS, benefits, etc.) Track onboarding completion and maintain accurate records HR Systems & Data Management Maintain employee records within HRIS systems (ADP preferred) Ensure data accuracy, reporting, and documentation compliance Support audits, reporting, and HR workflows Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and system efficiency Qualifications 2+ years of HR experience, with emphasis on recruiting and/or onboarding Experience with HRIS systems (ADP strongly preferred) Strong organizational and data management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Working knowledge of HR compliance and documentation practices What We're Looking For A process-driven individual who values accuracy and efficiency Strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable working with systems, data, and structured workflows Effective communicator who can coordinate across teams Interest in expanding into broader HR responsibilities over time Growth Opportunity This role provides the opportunity to gain exposure to additional HR functions and take on increased responsibility based on performance.
