Elevate Workforce Position Summary Elevate Workforce is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and energetic HR / Payroll / Customer Relations / Employee Relations Clerk to support our back-of-house operations team. This temp-to-perm role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and takes pride in accuracy and follow-through. The selected candidate will assist with onboarding new employees and customers, maintaining accurate records, entering and updating data, supporting payroll and HR processes, and helping ensure a positive experience for both employees and clients. Key Responsibilities The HR / Payroll / Customer Relations / Employee Relations Clerk will assist with: Onboarding new employees and customers Entering and maintaining employee and customer information Supporting payroll-related data entry and documentation Assisting with employee relations communication and follow-up Helping collect, verify, and organize required onboarding documents Maintaining accurate files and records Communicating professionally with employees, customers, and internal team members Supporting the back-office team with administrative tasks as needed Ensuring all information is handled confidentially and accurately Following company procedures and deadlines Qualifications The ideal candidate should have: Strong attention to detail Excellent data entry and organizational skills Professional communication skills Ability to work well with a team A positive, energetic, and dedicated attitude Flexibility with scheduling Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Dependability and strong follow-through Previous HR, payroll, staffing, customer service, or office experience preferred, but not required Requirements Must be able to pass a background check Must be able to pass a drug test Must maintain confidentiality of employee, customer, and company information Basic computer skills required What We're Looking For We are looking for a team player who is dependable, motivated, professional, and willing to learn. This person should be comfortable working with paperwork, computer systems, employee files, customer information, and a variety of daily administrative tasks.
