Full Job Description Human Resources Coordinator Job Summary:
Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Eight Mile, AL. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and management team. Responsibilities:
Employee Onboarding:
Coordinate new employee orientations, ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork, and maintain accurate employee records.
Recruitment and Hiring:
Assist in the recruitment process, coordinate interviews, and maintain communication with candidates.
HR Administration:
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and special projects as needed.
Employee Relations:
Handle employee inquiries, provide guidance on HR policies, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment. About the
Role:
As a Human Resources Coordinator at Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our management team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our organization's mission. You will also have the chance to build relationships with our employees and contribute to a positive work environment.
Support:
This position is an entry-level, primarily support role for HR functions. Recruitment and Retention is a primary function for this position. The selected candidate will provide direct support to multiple facilities' recruitment, when required.
Travel:
Statewide travel and overnight stays are not typically required but may be necessary on an occasional basis.
