Job Description

At Aldez Containers LLC, we are dedicated to delivering operational excellence in every aspect of our company and exceeding the expectations of the valued customers we serve. Our long-term strategies and day-to-day operations are guided by a strong set of core values shared by every associate across the organization. We are currently seeking an HR Admin to support the Human Resources team with daily HR operations, employee support, recruiting coordination, and administrative processes. This position reports directly to the Human Resources Manager. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update
HRIS/ATS
systems with employee and payroll-related changes Support recruiting efforts by assisting with interview scheduling, applicant communication, and hiring coordination Help identify staffing needs and maintain hiring schedules Assist with employee benefits administration and open enrollment activities Respond to employee questions and provide general HR support and customer service Assist with onboarding and termination paperwork Track attrition and other HR KPIs/reporting metrics Support company-sponsored events and employee engagement initiatives Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation Perform additional administrative and HR-related duties as assigned Qualifications 1-2 years of Human Resources or administrative support experience preferred Experience with ADP or other HRIS systems preferred Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Reliable attendance and punctuality required Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) #openposition
