None, Full Time, 12-month calendar
Pay Range:
$22-24/hour Benjamin Franklin Charter School is seeking an entry level HR Coordinator for our Human Resources Department at our Central Office in Gilbert. The ideal candidate will possess a positive, team-oriented attitude while being able to work independently in a busy HR setting.
Responsibilities:
Answer HR questions, emails and phone calls Post and manage job requisitions Schedule interviews and screenings Maintain employee files Verify certifications and IVP cards Assist with job fairs Assist with onboarding new employees Assist with employee recognition and functions Other HR duties as assigned Other HR duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must have exceptional customer and employee service skills Must have high standards of professionalism Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times Strong work ethic with a positive approach to finding solutions Experience in HR is preferred but will train the right person Team player who has a passion for learning, self-motivated Working knowledge of Microsoft office Organized and detail oriented Must exemplify our
