About the Role The Placement Coordinator runs the recruiting and screening engine. You'll work directly with our Placement Manager to drive every active search forward, from sourcing and screening to scheduling and taking candidates through the full hiring lifecycle. You'll live inside Airtable, Gmail, Claude, Flodesk, and our suite of tools, running phone screens, vetting candidates, building profiles, and coordinating interviews. Our Placement Manager owns the family-facing conversations. You're the foundation that makes her work land cleanly, and the first read on every candidate in our pipeline. What You'll Own Candidate lead triage and follow-up Phone screens, reference checks, and background screening coordination Candidate profile and bio creation Interview scheduling across families and candidates Pre and post interview communications First-week and 30-day post-placement check-ins Airtable record maintenance and data integrity Daily inbox triage and response You're the Right Fit If You have a background in recruiting, HR, or talent coordination, and you took the craft seriously You know what good vetting looks like You think in systems, processes, and checklists You're rigorously organized and run a tight operation You're a strong written communicator who can match a brand voice with precision You take full ownership of outcomes without being prompted You're committed to using AI tools to multiply your output You have a quiet, professional, dedicated home office Bonus Points For Agency-side recruiting or boutique search experience Familiarity with Airtable, Google Workspace, Flodesk, Claude, or Manus Prior use of AI tools in a professional setting Background or interest in private household staffing or family services What This Role Is Not Not a sales or family-relationship role. Our Placement Manager owns those. Not a hands-on childcare role. You won't be working directly with children. Not remote-from-anywhere. We need you in Phoenix. Not stepping into a perfect system. We have processes that need a sharper hand to refine. Schedule and Environment Monday through Friday, standard business hours, 25 to 30 hours per week with room for growth Primarily remote after in-person onboarding and training in Phoenix Some flexibility for occasional evening or weekend communication Compensation $30,000 to $50,000+ annual, depending on schedule and experience, with room for growth.
