This role is a critical front-line position responsible for full-cycle recruiting support, onboarding coordination, HR administration, employee support, and front office reception. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for delivering a positive employee experience from first contact through onboarding and beyond. Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiting & Talent Acquisition Manage full-cycle recruiting support, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer generation Partner with hiring managers and team leads to fill open roles efficiently and effectively Actively and passively source candidates using multiple channels (ATS, job boards, referrals, outreach) Draft and extend employment offers, including compensation discussions and negotiation support Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and communications within ATS platforms (including experience with Team Engine or similar tools preferred) Onboarding & New Hire Experience Coordinate onboarding processes from offer acceptance through first week Ensure new hires are properly set up in HRIS and all documentation is complete and compliant Partner with hiring managers to deliver a structured and engaging onboarding experience Support new hire orientation and ongoing employee integration HR Administration & Data Management Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS, ensuring data integrity and compliance Process employee changes including hires, transfers, and terminations Track and manage HR documentation, ensuring proper record retention practices Support audits and ensure all employee data is up to date and audit-ready Assist with reporting, compliance, and HR process improvements Employee Support & HR Operations Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, and processes Support employee relations inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality Assist with engagement initiatives, onboarding follow-ups, and internal communications Partner with HR leadership on special projects and operational priorities Front Office & Reception Support Greet and assist employees, candidates, and visitors with a professional and welcoming presence Manage front office operations, including phones, scheduling, and general administrative support Coordinate meetings and assist with office logistics Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of HR Administration and/or Recruiting experience Proven experience with: Sending offers and supporting compensation discussions Partnering with leaders to fill open roles Active and passive sourcing strategies Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred) Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms (Team Engine experience preferred) Strong attention to detail with high data accuracy standards Comfortable speaking in front of groups and representing HR professionally Ability to manage employee lifecycle processes (hire, change, termination) within HR systems Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Success Profile Highly detail-oriented and process-driven Strong communicator who builds trust quickly with employees and leaders Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
