As an HR Generalist , you will contribute to the team by collecting and processing all required onboarding paperwork for new employees.

Summary :
This position will be responsible for onboarding new hires with necessary new hire paperwork, verifying IDs, collecting new hire information and responsible for setting up start dates.
Responsibilities :
Managing employee files and maintaining compliance with HR policies Assisting with benefits administration and employee benefits enrollment Assisting with internal audits and helping enforce legal compliance with employment laws Utilizing HRIS systems and human resources information systems to manage employee data Update and track employee property forms Prepare and process HR documents Track and manage employee attendance and leave requests as needed Prepare regular HR reports and metrics for management as needed Collaborate with other departments on HR-related needs Participate in HR team meetings and contribute to HR projects Perform front desk operations as needed Perform other HR related task as directed or required by supervisor
Requirements:
Experience as a HR Assistant or in a similar HR role preferred Detail oriented individual Comfortable utilizing electronic operating systems, communication methods, and presentation tools (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.). Able to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner Must have knowledge of office administrative procedures, and knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment Ability to create spreadsheets, graphs, charts, proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, internet and email, proficient in

preferred Provide exceptional customer service to managers, multi-task and work in a fast-paced
Physical Requirements:
