This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of HR experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing employee support with operational excellence. Key Responsibilities HR Operations & Employee Support Serve as a primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing guidance on policies, benefits, and HR processes Deliver day-to-day support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and general HR support Assist in resolving employee concerns, escalating more complex issues when appropriate Partner with the People Operations team to enhance the overall employee experience Maintain and update HR resources, internal guides, and employee communications Coordinate onboarding activities, ensuring timely completion of documentation and system setup Administrative & Compliance Support Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation within HR systems Support employee data management, audits, reporting, and troubleshooting Assist in updating HR workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process documentation Support compliance initiatives, including file audits, required postings, and record retention Assist with administrative tracking and reporting as needed Collaborate with internal teams to support HR processes, employee transitions, and organizational changes Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a related field Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle support Experience working with HRIS platforms Background supporting onboarding and HR compliance activities Exposure to leave administration and accommodation processes preferred Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Pay Details:
