This role will begin with a focus on recruiting and onboarding with a room for career growth. Minimum Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in HR or recruiting (recruiting experience strongly preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR systems preferred High level of professionalism and confidentiality Ability to work independently Essential Position Functions Lead recruiting efforts for open positions, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and candidate profiles Post job ads and manage candidate pipelines through our applicant tracking system Conduct phone screens and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process Assist with offer coordination and onboarding processes Support general HR tasks such as employee onboarding, documentation, and basic HR administration E2
