This individual must also be well versed with ADP. Having Labor Compliance, Human Resources, and Payroll experience is a huge plus. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, computer savvy, follow-up skills, and be willing to learn new duties in order to support various administrative functions. Responsibilities Good communicator, follow up, verbal and written Clerical - filing, scanning, answering phones Excel / Microsoft office Typing average to above average speed Reporting to various systems for workers comp, 401k, Adobe Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for report creation, correspondence, and scheduling Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software as needed Handle administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and organizing documents Support personal assistant duties or responsibilities if needed Maintain professionalism with co-workers and customers Skills Proficient in ADP Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Strong computer literacy and familiarity with office management software such as QuickBooks Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs 8 years of office / construction experience required Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good time management skills to meet deadlines consistently Punctual in attendance Dependable Team player Can do attitude This position is integral to maintaining an efficient office environment and delivering outstanding support to clients and staff alike.
