Hours:
Full-Time, Monday through
Friday Job Location:
Calabasas, CA (In-Office) What You'll Do Post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges, etc. Coordinate email updates with candidates during recruiting process as well as schedule candidate calls and interviews with management Lead the employee new hire process, including pre-hire preparation and onboarding implementation with the hiring managers Assist with deployment of employee training and follow-up for completion Coordinate office social activities Create company-wide communication, such as company announcements or newsletters Complete forms and coordinate paperwork necessary for insurance contracting and licensing Assist with internal compliance audits Other duties as assigned How You'll Stand Out Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing workload with frequent interruptions Ability to handle and maintain a high level of confidentiality and common sense regarding sensitive employee information Demonstrated attention to detail and follow-up Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Working knowledge of MS Office Suite High School graduate or GED required We are an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a diverse environment.
