With continued growth throughout San Diego's biotech and life sciences sector, recruiting and talent acquisition professionals remain among the most sought-after administrative professionals in the market. A growing life sciences company in Carlsbad is expanding its Talent Acquisition team and hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to help support hiring efforts across scientific, operational, and corporate departments.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, coordinating schedules, and helping create a positive candidate experience from start to finish.

ResponsibilitiesRecruiting OperationsCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managersSchedule phone screens, onsite interviews, and virtual meetingsManage candidate communication throughout the hiring processAssist with applicant tracking system maintenance and recruiting reportsSupport job posting management across recruiting platformsCandidate Experience & OnboardingPrepare offer packages and onboarding documentationCoordinate background checks and pre-employment activitiesPartner with HR and hiring managers regarding onboarding schedulesEnsure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processAdministrative SupportGenerate recruiting reports and hiring metricsMaintain organized recruiting records and documentationAssist with recruiting events, career fairs, and workforce initiatives
