Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support employee onboarding, HR administration, and compliance across multiple healthcare entities. This role reports directly to the President and plays a key role in ensuring efficient onboarding, accurate HR records, and audit-ready personnel files in a regulated healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Manage new hire onboarding using HRIS systems (Coastal Payroll / iSolved preferred) Ensure completion of onboarding documentation, orientation, and required competencies Maintain accurate employee personnel files and HR records Track licenses, certifications, training, and compliance requirements Support compliance with California labor laws and healthcare regulatory standards (hospice & home health) Assist with employee data entry, status changes, and HR administrative tasks Collaborate with leadership, clinical teams, and payroll Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in HR, onboarding, HR coordinator, or HR assistant roles Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with HRIS systems (iSolved / Coastal Payroll preferred) Healthcare experience ( hospice, home health, or medical environment ) preferred
Compensation :

Pay:
