About the Role The Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for managing recruiting coordination, with additional exposure to HR processes such as onboarding and compliance. This role oversees candidate sourcing, engagement, and progression through the hiring process while ensuring all compliance requirements are completed. The Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator partners closely with internal teams to communicate candidate status, support onboarding through orientation, and ensure candidates are fully cleared and prepared to begin work onsite.
What You'll Do Manage Full Lifecycle Recruiting:
Oversee the recruiting process from sourcing and screening through interviewing, offer stage, and onboarding coordination Candidate Engagement:
Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates to ensure a positive experience and timely progression through the hiring process Compliance Coordination:
Track and manage compliance requirements including fingerprinting, TB risk assessments, and additional onboarding clearances Support & Guide:
Provide proactive outreach and assistance to candidates navigating onboarding and compliance requirements to ensure successful completion Coordinate Orientation:
Schedule, organize, and support orientation onboarding while ensuring candidates are fully cleared, prepared, and ready for their first day Partner Cross-Functionally:
Collaborate closely with Program Operations and internal teams to communicate candidate readiness, support staffing needs, and ensure seamless onboarding processes Other duties as assigned Who You Are At HPA, our values start with "I" and end in "us" Integrity :
