This role is vital in ensuring smooth HR operations, fostering a positive employee experience, and assisting with strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be energized by a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a strong understanding of human resources management principles. You will play a key role in supporting talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and HRIS data management to help drive organizational success. Responsibilities Help maintain HR databases and ensure accuracy of employee information Prepare HR documents such as new-hire packets, reports, and correspondence Provide general administrative support to the HR team Assist with compliance tracking, training coordination, and policy distribution Manage benefits administration tasks, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries related to health insurance, workers' compensation, and other employee benefits. Maintain accurate HRIS records using systems; ensure data collection and entry are precise and up-to-date. Support workforce management initiatives by assisting with organizational design, succession planning, and change management projects. Assist in the administration of contracts, policies, and compliance documentation related to human resources functions. Support payroll processing using systems like Paychex or ADP; ensure accurate data entry for payroll accuracy. Participate in project management activities related to HR initiatives; collaborate across departments to achieve strategic goals. Qualifications Proven experience in human resources or administrative roles. Experience with benefits administration systems like Paychex or ADP is advantageous. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting. Ability to type at least 40 WPM Ability to manage multiple priorities through effective organization design and workforce planning strategies. Proficiency in data collection, entry, and analysis using tools
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
