intersection. Dublin Unified School District (DUSD) serves nearly 13,000 students from preschool to adult education across a diverse community. The district includes seven elementary schools, two middle schools, two TK-8 schools, one continuation high school, and two comprehensive high schools. Shamrock Hills is DUSD's newest TK-8 school, which will be located in Central Dublin on Horizon Parkway. Shamrock Hills will open in August 2026 as a TK-6th grade, serving over 750 students in its opening. In the 2027/2028 school year, we will open 7th grade, and in the 2028/2029 school year, we will be fully open as a TK-8 grade with around 1,000 students at its full capacity. Job Summary Job Summary General Description Under general supervision, performs technical and complex personnel office support work relating to the application, interpretation and maintenance of personnel records; processes new employees; provides information to a variety of individuals/organizations; maintains the employee benefits program; provides information for the Board of Education regarding employee actions; provides a variety of general personnel office support to both classified and certificated personnel functions; and performs related work as assigned. The functions of this job classification require the performance of activities that are often of a confidential nature.
