High School Diploma or equivalent required Associate degree or college coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field is desirable Two (2) years of increasingly responsible clerical or administrative support experience, preferably in Human Resources, personnel services, or a public agency setting Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred All required documents must be submitted by deadline in order for application to be considered.
