HR Coordinator (Compliance & Onboarding)

Pay:
$28/hr
Overview:
We're seeking a temporary HR Coordinator to support onboarding and I‑9 compliance. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of employee documentation and helps create a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
I‑9 Compliance (main focus): Complete and verify Form I‑9s, track work authorization (EADs), maintain records, and support audits.
Onboarding:
Prepare new hire paperwork, coordinate orientations, and update employee records in
HRIS. HR
Support:
Answer onboarding/compliance questions and assist with general HR admin tasks.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of HR coordination, onboarding, or compliance experience Strong knowledge of I‑9s and work authorization ADP Workforce experience preferred Strong Excel skills Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities Strong communication and confidentiality skills All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
