$66,000

• $80,000 DOE + Benefits + Growth Opportunities Capitol Nissan & Infiniti is seeking an experienced HR / Payroll Administrator with a strong background in automotive dealership payroll and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process bi-weekly payroll for a high-volume, multi-department dealership Manage commissions, bonuses, and dealership payroll structures Maintain employee records, onboarding/offboarding, and HR systems Support HR operations, compliance, employee relations, and policy administration Assist with benefits administration including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Prepare payroll reporting, audits, and internal HR documentation Partner with managers and dealership leadership teams

Requirements:

2+ years of HR and payroll experience in an automotive dealership

REQUIRED

Experience with ADP, CDK, Paycom, or similar payroll platforms preferred Knowledge of dealership compensation structures and commission payroll Understanding of HR compliance, labor laws, and payroll regulations Strong organization, confidentiality, and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
