You will be the crucial, primary point of contact for all talent, managing expectations, addressing concerns, and fostering positive relationships across candidates and hiring managers to ensure seamless integration.

Develop and publish compelling job postings on various platforms and meticulously create and manage job orders in the applicant tracking system.

Seamless Onboarding:

Oversee the entire new-hire journey, including sending and tracking onboarding packages and confirming completion of all necessary documentation and required assessments.

Compliance & Verification:

Manage the background check process and I-9 verification to ensure all legal requirements are met.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Serve as the primary point of contact for talent, addressing concerns, and foster positive relationships with hiring managers by providing regular status updates and ensuring smooth onboarding.

Operational Excellence:

Maintain accurate records of all activities and assist with various HR-related projects as needed.
