Key Responsibilities:
Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork. Maintain and update employee records in HR systems. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process. Support benefits enrollment and employee leave administration. Prepare HR reports, correspondence, and personnel documentation. Respond to employee inquiries and provide general administrative support to the HR team. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
