Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized Recruiting Assistant. You will support the recruiting process by assisting with sourcing, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and managing our applicant tracking database. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities Job Posting:
Create and publish job ads on various job boards and social media platforms.Scheduling:
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Screening:
Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess basic qualifications.Database Management:
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and employee records.Communication:
Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely follow-up.Onboarding Support:
Assist with background checks, reference checks, and new hire paperwork.Required Skills and Qualifications Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.Organization:
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Communication:
