Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records, HR files, attendance records, and confidential documentation. Process and file employee forms, including leave requests, disciplinary actions, incident reports, and other HR documents. Support weekly payroll processing by reviewing timecards, verifying hours, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring proper documentation is completed. Prepare payroll reports, maintain payroll records, and assist with invoice audits and payroll reconciliation. Coordinate check distribution and maintain required payroll documentation and employee signatures. Support recruitment activities by communicating staffing needs, scheduling interviews, managing changes, and coordinating with employment agencies. Maintain new hire paperwork, onboarding documents, and ensure required forms are current and available. Upload, scan, organize, and maintain electronic records in company systems. Assist employees and management with HR-related questions, documentation, and administrative needs. Ensure all HR processes are completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with company policies and procedures. Experience Previous experience in Human Resources, payroll, administration, or office support preferred. Experience maintaining confidential employee records and handling sensitive information. Experience with payroll processing, timekeeping systems, or HR software preferred.

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Creating spreadsheets and reports, Email communication, and calendar management, scanning, uploading, and organizing digital files, PDF creation, editing, and document conversion.
Bilingual:
English & Spanish (verbal and written communication). Employee records management, data entry, HRIS, and document filing Payroll, benefits, and HR administration support Recruitment assistance, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding Employee communication, customer service, and employee relations support Strong written and verbal communication skills Organization, time management, multitasking, and attention to detail Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR software proficiency Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), databases, and reporting tools Knowledge of HR policies, employment regulations, compliance, and confidentiality Problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability, professionalism, and discretion Talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and confidential data handling skills If you are interested in the position, please come in to apply at our office at 801 W.
