Job Description

The Medical Human Resources (HR) Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department within a healthcare environment. This role assists with employee onboarding, HR documentation, compliance tracking, and day‑to‑day HR operations, while ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations, organizational policies, and confidentiality standards. The position is ideal for candidates with HR or administrative experience who are interested in growing their career in healthcare human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Support new hire onboarding, including offer letters, onboarding paperwork, and orientation coordinationMaintain and update employee personnel files in HRIS and electronic filing systemsAssist with credentialing, licensing, and compliance tracking for clinical and non‑clinical staffCoordinate background checks, TB testing, immunization records, and other pre‑employment requirementsTrack employee certifications, trainings, and annual compliance requirementsAssist with HR reporting, data entry, and spreadsheet tracking using ExcelServe as a point of contact for basic HR inquiries from employees and managersSupport HR initiatives related to employee engagement, audits, and policy updatesMaintain strict confidentiality of employee and organizational informationPerform additional HR and administrative support duties as assigned
