Irvine, CA (Onsite 5 Days per Week)
This Position Pays:
$24-28/hr You are a highly organized and detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys working with confidential employee information and maintaining accurate records. You thrive in a structured environment, learn quickly, and can effectively manage multiple administrative tasks with minimal supervision. You are dependable, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with HR systems, digital files, and Excel.
What You Will Be Doing:
Support a SOX audit project by gathering and preparing employee records. Retrieve, review, and redact confidential HR documents including offer letters, I-9s, payroll records, and personnel files. Research employee information within HRIS and payroll systems. Enter and verify employee data in Excel with a high level of accuracy. Maintain and organize digital employee files using document management systems. Assist with invoice preparation and payment processing activities. Support HR administrative projects and ensure compliance with document retention requirements.
What You Bring:
1+ years of HR, administrative, records management, or audit support experience preferred. Experience handling confidential employee information. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook. Ability to navigate HRIS, payroll, or database systems. Experience with Adobe Acrobat/PDF editing and redaction is a plus. Familiarity with Workday, SharePoint, or digital filing systems is preferred. Ability to work onsite in Irvine and quickly learn new processes with limited training.
