Job Description:
Administer employee benefits programs, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) and retirement plans Life and disability insurance HSA/FSA programs Manage employee benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries Support and coordinate open enrollment processes Maintain accurate benefits records within HRIS systems Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations (ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA) Liaise with benefits providers, brokers, and vendors to resolve issues Assist with leave of absence administration (FMLA, disability, etc.) Process and reconcile benefits billing and invoices Generate reports and analyze benefits data Support employee communication and education on available benefits All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
