is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to be based onsite in Mather, California . This role will support HR operations for both our California headquarters and our growing Austin, Texas facility. The Human Resources Coordinator serves as the primary on-site point of contact for employee HR inquiries and provides support across hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and employee communications. This role assists with recruitment and interviewing activities, prepares written communications and HR materials on the company's behalf, and helps ensure a positive and consistent employee experience. The HR Coordinator also supports day-to-day HR office operations, including filing, maintaining compliant records and logs, and overseeing employee personnel files. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provides oversight and is the direct contact for HR inquiries. Manages internal HR functional area and responsibilities. Proactively works with CEAR staff and leaders in resolving HR related questions/issues. Manages deadlines and manages time effectively. Maintains consistent communication and provides updates to leaders on project, task status, questions, deadlines, etc. Conducts research for leaders as needed or requested and provides information in a professional format. Organizes recruitment, post-offer and onboarding process. Communicates with the finance department on Payroll/HR related issues such as benefits, workers compensation, etc. Coordinates with HR/Payroll vendors and/or the finance department to resolve employee related issues. Monitors HR legally mandated employee training process and schedules. Supports annual employee evaluation process. Serves as a resource to employees for HR related questions. Manages and maintains all HR related files. Conducts special projects as assigned. Regular, predictable attendance is required. Advisor to management. Ability to interact and collaborate seamlessly with all levels of the organization. Supports a positive team working relationship with a professional work ethic and attitude. Regular, predictable attendance is required. Ability to get along and work effectively with others. Performs office operations and procedures such as typing, correspondence, filing, and other clerical services and initiates cost reduction programs. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge and experience with recruiting, onboarding and offboarding. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with HR/payroll systems. Preferred Experience with California employment law. Multi-state HR experience (Texas a plus). Experience in warehouse, industrial, logistics, or manufacturing environment. Compensation $30-33 per hour, DOE Benefits package PTO / Holidays #CEAR1
Pay:
