Job Description

Johnson Service Group is looking for a Human Resources Clerk for one of our Contract Manufacturing clients in the Bay Area. This person will provide administrative support for a variety of HR programs and activities. This role is responsible for reporting, onboarding, employee support, and general HR administration while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Generate and distribute weekly timecard reports to staffing agencies. Prepare monthly evacuation lists for personnel. Conduct New Hire Orientation. Scan, copy, and maintain HR and insurance-related documents. Compile and maintain HR reports, including time and attendance, overtime analysis, and payroll-related reports. Support the quarterly programs by distributing and collecting badges and results letters. Maintain snack room inventory and supplies at both locations. Participate in employee engagement activities and company events. Provide backup reception support, including badge creation, interview scheduling, locker and voucher issuance, smock program administration, and supply ordering. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel (intermediate skill level), and PowerPoint. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
