About Terminax Terminax is a fast-growing automotive film manufacturer specializing in premium Paint Protection Film (PPF) and window tint products. As we continue expanding across North America, we are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Operations Intern to support our U.S. team during a temporary coverage period. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in HR, recruiting, operations, and startup environments to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced company. Responsibilities Assist with recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews, sourcing candidates, and communicating with applicants Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees Help maintain employee records, HR documents, and internal trackers Assist with payroll preparation and administrative HR tasks Coordinate office operations and support daily administrative needs Help organize team events, employee engagement activities, and office logistics Communicate with employees across departments and help resolve basic operational issues Support management with ad hoc projects and miscellaneous tasks as needed Qualifications Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese required Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willing to take initiative Comfortable handling both HR-related and administrative tasks Previous internship or office experience is a plus Startup experience is a plus Compensation & Schedule Part-time or full-time internship opportunity Flexible schedule depending on availability Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR and operations Potential opportunity for long-term growth based on performance
