$42 per hour Job Summary AlliedUP is seeking an a hands-on HR Generalist/HR Administrator who is highly proficient in Excel and Microsoft 365 and comfortable owning high-volume, detail-heavy, administrative HR work. This is an on-site role that will help keep the HR department running day-to-day—managing employee records, filing, HRIS data integrity, Paychex workflows, and leave administration (FMLA/CFRA). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, can tackle repetitive/rote tasks accurately, and has strong follow-through. This role is in a community-based healthcare environment serving diverse patient populations. Key Responsibilities Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation Own HR inbox/admin requests and route items appropriately Create, update, and audit HR forms, templates, and employee records Support HR compliance documentation and routine audits Excel / Microsoft 365 Build and maintain trackers (leave, attendance, onboarding, credentialing, etc.) Pull reports and reconcile data for HR/payroll/benefits audits Use Outlook, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, Word, and Excel to manage workflow and documentation Leave Administration Administer leaves of absence (FMLA/CFRA) and track documentation, timelines, and return-to-work steps Coordinate with managers and employees regarding required forms and status updates Support workers' comp administration and related documentation as needed Payroll / HRIS (Paychex) Support Paychex processes: data entry, employee changes, reporting, and audits Assist with payroll administration support and cross-checking data for accuracy Union / Labor Environment Support Support HR processes within a union/collective bargaining environment Maintain documentation and assist with admin needs related to union processes Required Qualifications 5+ years of HR experience as HR Generalist / HR Coordinator / HR Administrator Healthcare experience required FQHC or community-based healthcare experience preferred Strong Excel skills (comfortable with spreadsheets, trackers, sorting/filtering, basic formulas Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook, Teams, Word; SharePoint/OneDrive a plus) Experience administering leaves (FMLA/CFRA) required Paychex experience required.
