The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human capital management and be familiar with employment and labor laws. This role is crucial in facilitating effective talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Duties Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Support employee orientation and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems like Workday or ADP, ensuring data integrity through diligent data entry and collection. Facilitate performance management processes, including employee evaluations and feedback sessions. Aid in benefits administration by providing information to employees about available options and assisting with enrollment processes. Collaborate with HR team members on change management initiatives and strategic planning efforts to enhance organizational design. Manage workforce management tasks, including scheduling and attendance tracking using tools like Kronos or Dayforce. Participate in training and development programs to foster employee growth and engagement. Handle employee relations issues by providing support in conflict management and addressing workplace concerns. Assist with affirmative action planning, succession planning, and compliance with OSHA regulations as needed. Experience Candidates should possess the following skills: Knowledge of human resources management principles, including talent management, employee evaluation, and project management. Familiarity with FMLA regulations, workers' compensation processes, and employment law compliance. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization. Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus. Administrative experience within an HR setting is preferred but not mandatory.
