Job Description

This role will focus on day-to-day human resources support, including employee relations, manager guidance, compliance oversight, and serving as the primary onsite resource for employee needs. This is a hands-on position suited for a strong HR professional who can work independently, exercise sound judgment, and support daily operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day employee relations matters and provide guidance on workplace issuesSupport managers with coaching, HR guidance, and resolution of employee concernsOversee compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment practicesServe as the onsite point person for employee questions, concerns, and support needsPartner with leadership to maintain a positive and professional work environmentHandle sensitive matters with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgmentEnsure continuity of People & Culture support in a fast-paced hotel settingProvide practical, responsive HR support with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
Experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, or Employee RelationsStrong background in employee relations, manager support, and compliancePrior hospitality experience required, preferably within a hotel environmentDemonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisionsStrong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skillsComfortable in a visible, onsite role supporting both employees and managersAble to adapt quickly and operate effectively in a dynamic environment
