Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on managing administrative HR tasks while ensuring compliance and accuracy in employee records and processes. As this is a remote long-term contract position, it offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic HR environment and support various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Process staff change notices accurately and within designated timeframes.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance across HR and payroll departments.
  • Handle state unemployment insurance form submissions efficiently.
  • Assist with employee terminations by managing exit paperwork and related documentation.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues promptly through the HR ticketing system.
  • File documentation appropriately in employee records and maintain organized systems.
  • Prepare correspondence and reports as requested by HR leadership.
  • Perform background checks and ensure occupational health requirements are met.
  • Support HR compliance projects and contribute to process improvements.
