This position is part time and will play an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of our company. The Office Administrator will provide administrative support, answer and respond to calls and emails. Qualified candidates must have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and friendly demeanor. In addition, this position will include light selling through existing contacts, specifically E-commerce such as Amazon.
Daily Responsibilities:
  • Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
  • Assist in sales activities, including calling/emailing leads and contacts
  • Provide follow-up on existing leads and contacts
  • Provide administrative support for operations team
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Associate Degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • 2+ years' experience working in an office setting
  • Some sales experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
  • Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
  • Preferred if Bilingual in
