Job Description

The HR Administrator provides administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring efficient and compliant HR operations. This role supports the employee lifecycle, maintains accurate records, and assists with HR processes, policies, and communication while delivering a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities HR Administration & Employee Support Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system updates, and orientation coordination Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HRIS and other systems Prepare employment verification letters, reports, and HR correspondence Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee questions Payroll & Compliance Support Assist with timesheet collection, audits, and coordination with payroll Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements Support reporting requirements related to HR compliance and audits Recruitment & Hiring Support Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication Assist with job postings, applicant tracking, and offer letter preparation Support background checks and pre-employment screenings General HR Operations Maintain HR calendars, training schedules, and department documentation Assist with policy updates, employee communications, and HR initiatives Support employee engagement activities and internal events Perform data entry, filing, and document management with high attention to detai All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
