We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll & HR Administrator to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who has strong payroll experience, enjoys working with employees, and can help keep day-to-day administrative operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Process weekly payroll accurately and on time through Paylocity Review employee timecards and resolve payroll discrepancies Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel files Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies Coordinate new hire paperwork, employment verifications, and employee requests Assist management with reporting, audits, and administrative projects Provide general office and administrative support Qualifications 2+ years of payroll processing experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of California labor laws is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel Ability to handle confidential information professionally Strong communication and organizational skills What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Supportive team environment Full-time, stable employment with a women-owned and family-operated business
