Job Summary Job Summary Under the direction of a Human Resources Administrator, serves as a receptionist for the department, provides technical clerical support, and assists with recruitment and employment processes relating to substitutes, coaches, and volunteers, while maintaining employee records and ensuring confidentiality. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
  • Associate's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Two (2) years of clerical, secretarial, or administrative support experience
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience in a public education environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the Spanish language both verbally and in writing (Upon passing the District's PDL assessment, may provide interpretation in a second language (e.g., Spanish) and qualify for a stipend)
  • Pass pre-employment assessment Copy of Transcript (Unofficial Transcripts for Associates Degree) Letter of Introduction (Must be on Word or PDF document
  • photos are not acceptable) Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three (3) Dated within the last 2 years) Resume (Must be on Word or PDF document
