This role plays a key part in helping build a strong team culture while ensuring smooth day-to-day talent operations. What You'll Do Recruiting & Hiring Recruit, interview, and help hire top-quality Team Members Create a welcoming and professional candidate experience Ensure the restaurant stays fully staffed with strong talent Support hiring events and recruiting initiatives Onboarding & Orientation Schedule and conduct orientations Ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed accurately Manage uniform ordering and inventory Help prepare training schedules and 60/90-day training plans with leadership Team Member Accountability Monitor time punches, breaks, and attendance using operational systems Track violations such as break violations and FTAs Communicate reminders and accountability follow-ups with leadership Ensure Team Members complete handbook and policy acknowledgements Administrative & Benefits Support Assist with onboarding/offboarding for benefits programs Support 401(k) and health insurance administration Assist the Office Director and Operator with additional administrative duties What We're Looking For Strong communication and organization skills Positive attitude with a heart for people Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Sense of urgency and attention to detail Professionalism, integrity, and reliability Team-oriented mindset Comfortable using systems such as Slack and One Click Schedule Flexible scheduling available Part-Time or Full-Time Minimum 20 hours per week Monday-Friday preferred availability Benefits Complimentary employee meal during shifts Health Insurance eligibility after vesting 401(k) eligibility after vesting $30/month phone reimbursement Scholarship opportunities Leadership and growth opportunities Requirements Must be eligible to work in the United States Reliable transportation required Must arrive on time and work scheduled shifts Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Working at a Chick-fil-A® restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
